Please answer! what kind of toothpaste, toothbrush, and mouth wash would you guys recommend?

Please answer! what kind of toothpaste, toothbrush, and mouth wash would you guys recommend?

Here are my choices.: Really, any toothpaste as long as it has Fluoride in it. The rest is usually personal preference to taste. Tartar control toothpastes have been proven to make a difference in the ability of tartar to form. Soft bristle toothbrushes are best for getting in between and around teeth better. Again, mouthwashes are personal preference. Oxygenating rinses are more effective against bacteria. ...Read more

What's the best toothpaste and mouth wash for periodontal disease?

What's the best toothpaste and mouth wash for periodontal disease?

Not about toothpaste: Mechanical removal of plaque biofilm that causes periodontal disease is dependent on your effectiveness with the toothbrush and floss, not on the type of mouthwash or toothpaste. Your dentist may recommend other aids or rinses as an adjunt, but success depends upon how meticulous you are, how effective your immune system is, how aggressive your bacteria are, and whether you are genetically prone. ...Read more

I use oil mixture of almond, spearmint, and peppermint as toothpaste and mouth wash. Is excessive use harmful for oral health? Thanks.

All : All the substances you named can cause allergies and adverse reactions in certain individuals. They are not designed to be used as toothpaste. Why reinvent the wheel? There are so many toothpaste to choose from. Look for an american dental association approved toothpaste and you will not go wrong.
