I have hard slightly swollen testicles both roughly the same size and firmness I have recently been treated for epididymo-orchitis is this different?
Question unclear: Following epididymo-orchitis you may have residual post-inflammatory changes. Whether this is unusual in you would have to be determined by the urologist that treated you. Go back and have them examine you.
See your PCP: There are too many causes and you don't provide enough information: Pain? Other swelling, e.g. legs? Fever? Shortness of breath? Other urinary symptoms like painful urination or penile discharge? How old are you? Best to see your primary care provider first; she can refer you to an appropriate specialist if necessary. Good luck!
Testes: The testes are very mobile within the scrotum. It is unlikely that any sleeping position is responsible for the swelling. Get examined by a urologist.
Hernia: You should contact the surgeon who did the surgery to re-examine you and suggest what to do next. If the surgeon is unavailable, go to the nearest er.See 1 more doctor answer
