Cannot diagnose: Your examining physician is in the best position to diagnose this and deal with it. Have you been checked for mononucleosis? Are you being treated? Doubt this is a "bad sign", assuming you are afraid of cancer or something else serious. Good luck. ...Read more

NOT Ebola.: You must be really worried as I see several ebola entries from you. Your symptom profile does not match that of Ebola. There have been no Ebola cases in Florida - and you would need to have a source of Ebola for transmission. Please trust in the physician who diagnosed you with tonsillitis. Possibly: You may be having an adverse reaction to the pen v or you may be taking pen vk which contains potassium to which some are very sensitive. Or you may be experiencing changes in intestinal flora secondary to antibiotics. Since you are not likely to be taking this for more than 10 days, if it continues see your doctor for further evaluation. ...Read more
