Likely complex...: Thyroid hormones have complex interactions with many parts of the whole body. Hypothyroidism can lead to hyponatremia or to both SIADH + hyponatremia. Please define: Hi. By what do you mean "treatment-resistant"? Is your dose too low? That's not treatment resistant, that's just being under treated. Has your thyroid function been normalized on thyroid hormone replacement but you still feel symptoms? That's not "treatment-resistant", that's just assigning symptoms to the wrong thing.
