Perhaps: Please see your Dentist to rule out a dental cause for your ad breath. Please see ENT to evaluate tonsils (which may be cause of bad breath) and to try to determine why you have what you describe as a globes sensation (something swollen in throat). Yes, it is possible.: It is possible to have only one swollen tonsil, but it should not be so bug that it is blocking tour throat or airway. Maybe cause: But see a dentist if you have not had your teeth thoroughly cleaned in the past 4-6 months. Periodontal disease (gum disease) does cause bad breath. Also you need to be on a meticulous oral hygiene program: oral b electric toothbrush, floss, interdental stimulator (rotapoints or stimudents) and tongue scraper as the back of the tongue holds some "stinky" debris. ...Read more

Not likely: There is probably another cause of your bad breath. Avoid alcohol, tobacco, sugar, processed foods. Eat fresh vegetables , fruit, try raw apple cider vinegar mixed with olive oil as a salad dressing, or use other fermented food, or take a good probiotics. Diluted unsweetened crenberry juice can lift the bio-film in the mouth that could be causing white tongue and bad breath. ...Read more
