Is there a connection between tonsil stones, bad breath and persistent globus sensation? (The globus is not bc of swollen tonsils etc- it is deeper).

Yes, it is possible.: It is possible to have only one swollen tonsil, but it should not be so bug that it is blocking tour throat or airway. Not likely: There is probably another cause of your bad breath. Avoid alcohol, tobacco, sugar, processed foods. Eat fresh vegetables , fruit, try raw apple cider vinegar mixed with olive oil as a salad dressing, or use other fermented food, or take a good probiotics.
