Does cortisone help shrink hypertrophic tonsils? Are tonsil crypts located on the top part of tonsils? My tonsil looks like a crater just on the top.

If the tonsils are not infected frequently and you do not have sleep disorder, no treatment is necessary. ...Read more
What is an abnormal number of tonsil stones? I just extracted at least 5 good sized stones from one tonsil crypt. Should i consider a tonsillectomy?

Surgery?: You can try something that is called a waterpik in the usa. It's a small hand-held device that shoots a stream of water. You can try this to flush out the crypts.
