I've noticed a little, white bump on the right, upper side of my tonsil arch area- what could this be?
Hard bump behind anterior tonsil arch. Ent said its nothing. Just noticed month ago. Why no biopsy? Did largynscopy. Normal. Shoukd I trust him? :(

Growth: Sounds like he/she thought is was posterior pharyngeal cobble-stoning or lymphatic patches. If you're a smoker, it may be more concerning. Certainly a biopsy is warranted with growth, bleeding, persistent pain, ulceration, tobacco use.
