How long is it safe to use Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) for pain relief? I've had excruciating pain from mouth ulcer on back of tongue for a while, doc prescribed Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen).
Pain: Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) should only be used for short term pain relief. I would say 4 to 5 days max. How long have you had this pain? Was it an MD or DDS that looked at the sore and gave you the Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen)?
