Yeast infection: It sounds like you recently finished antibiotics. Often with a yeast infection, the tongue has white patches on it. This should wipe off and leave a red patch underneath. If you have both oral and vaginal symptoms an oral anti fungal should be uses. The topical medication would only treat the tongue. See your physician.
