Food in stool: Boyfriend is likely seeing red from the tomato sauce and tomato bits that are in the stool. If it occurs when he is not having spaghetti sauce and tomatoes then he should see a doctor and check it out. If it is inside the stool then it is probably bleeding from the intestine.
