Toes Tingle When Walking
Today my lower back started hurting. It hurts a lot when walking. I herd a pop in my back and then started having tingling in my toes on oneside.?
Maybe a disk rupture: This could be coming from an acute disk tear and rupture. The disk tear hurts in the back, and if disk material pushes out the tear into the space where the nerves to and from the legs are, it irritates the nerve, causing numbness, tingling, weakness, or pain. The leg pain may follow later than the tingling because inflammation takes time to develop.See 1 more doctor answer

Get Tingling and numbness in the 3 middle toes both feet. Stopped wearing shoes with heels 3 months. Starting to run/walk. Have good shoes. No help.
Possible neuroma: Your symptoms sound nerve related. When nerves are compressed in the forefoot region they become inflamed and sometimes injured. This condition is known as a neuroma. You have started conservative tx by getting out of the high heels and into wider shoes. Custom insoles with metatarsal pads will also relieve pressure on nerves. Try OTC NSAIDS. If symptoms persist follow up with foot doc.

Leg pain when walk. Only one leg. Pain is side of leg that runs down to toes. Lower back pain. All this after working out. Tingling in toes.?
Consider: Although could be very benign, such as strain/sprain; the description suggests a potential nerve compression in lower back, such as might be seen secondary to disc disruption. Would have your doctor evaluate this, and would place exercise currently on hold as potential for worsening if your work out injured you.

Ankle sprain: Sounds like a bad ankle sprain with swelling. The swelling could cause pressure around nerves and could be causing the tingling pain to foot and toes. Have you tried resting with icing, elevation and compression wrapping? Antiinflammatory medication like Motrin or advil (ibuprofen) will help decrease pain and swelling. Bracing may be needed too. Muscle/nerve pain: Back pain is the #1 reason for visits to a family doctor. Heavy shelf fell on top of my foot yesterday. Instantly felt pain and tingling. It was hard to walk at first There is no brusing and minimal swelling?
Varies: If you are asking whether or not you should be seen, it is hard to answer without more info. If you can bear weight on the foot and the pain is minimal, it is likely reasonably safe to give it a few days to see how it does. If any question, I would not hesitate to be seen to make sure you did not sustain a fracture.See 1 more doctor answer

Was walking fast in the rain, stepped down and felt pop in calf muscle. It hurt a lot last night, I could walk but iced and took IB. Foot Tingling.
Partial tear: Usually this history means a partial tear of one the calf muscles. The medial head of the gastrocnemius is the most common. Tingling may just be from some swelling around the nerve. I expect that to resolve within a few days. Rest, ice a calf sleeve and wearing supportive shoes with heels should all help you. Don't stretch it. Ibuprofen optional. Healing usually in 2-6 weeks.
