Toddler Pulls Penis Abuse
Possibly: Chronic cocaine use alters brain's parasympathetic nervous functions that help sustain an erection during sex. The chemicals in cocaine gradually take over the brain and nervous system, causing the brain to become disoriented. The neurotransmitter nitric oxide and dilator cGMP become suppressed, leading to poor erection or orgasm dysfunction. After prolonged use it could become permanent. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
If a 7 alomst 8 year old boy touches a 4 almost 5 year old boys penis is it sexual abuse or normal kid stuff? Is the 7 old enough to know better?
I call abusive: Such interaction between age equivalent kids is "exploration" & i can accept as much as 2 years age difference into that idea. Beyond that and specifically for the 7-8 yo who is old enough to know right from wrong on these issues it is abuse & often reveals a past abuse of the older kid.Size & intimidation is also an issue when the 60 lb 7-8 yo is doing this with a 40+lb 4-5 yo. ...Read more
My son (10) has a returning pain 1' above the penis. It comes daily for about 20 min. Strong pressure. (sexually abused by his father 3 yrs ago).?
For suprapubic pain,: See your peditrician. If the urinalysis is clear & there is no history of chronic constipation, (s)he may refer him to a pediatric urologist. Know that children process the trauma of having been molested repeatedly, in different ways at each new developmental stage. Ask his pediatrician for a referral to a child psychologist with expertise in molest/abuse, also. Your county may fund the therapy. ...Read more

Two-year-old uncircumcised toddler. Red and inflamed around the eye of his penis... Havnt ever pulled his foreskin back but noticed when he showed me!
Don't force it back: It is normal for the foreskin to not retract at this age. The foreskin of an uncircumcised boy is often fully retractable by age 5-7, but sometimes it can take until age 10-12. You should not retract your son's foreskin with force at this age.His symptoms could be from adhesions, dermatitis, or a yeast infection. I suggest that he be seen by a doctor. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
I have scars on my penis shaft where it makes contact with the testicals as a result of a severe fungal infection I had as a toddler. Is there a safe/effective way to have scar revision surgery on the penis?
What are the causes of sexual aversion disorder? Is it possible to have this due to sexual abuse as a baby or toddler?
Doubtful: There is a "pop" notion that the inability to enjoy normal adult lovemaking is the result of "forgotten" sexual abuse and perhaps that someone should be blamed. From my own reading, this is not an evidence-based claim, and even if it were true, there's no future in turning one's mind to hate. What's happening, whether the diagnosis is real / helpful etc, best rx must be far more complicated. ...Read more
