Herbal supplements: I have occasionally used these "adaptogens" usually as a precursor to actual thyroid supplementation in patients with fatigue (associated with Hashimoto's thyroid disease). They are fairly safe, but consider rechecking your thyroid tests after a period of use. I doubt they will interfere with your contraceptives.
