Sounds OK: An interaction between these sounds unlikely. I would feel pretty safe taking these although I am not sure waht complex is -- sounds like a multivitamin? They should not be taken in excessive amounts. ...Read more

Yes, also try mag.: While I don't know of any research on this, many people report Vit E helps & it's safe to try. While some studies have shown harm from E they used synthetic E. There are different kinds of Vit E such as gamma E, d-alpha tocopherol succinate and d-alpha tocopherol acetate.
