I had an appendectomy 5 weeks ago. Sometimes after I eat, my belly bloats and is very painful. Doc recom I take lax, but it has been over a week.
See your surgeon: You should definitely see our surgeon for follow-up to be sure there is no evidence of wound infection or other complication of the surgery.
