Does using tissue to dab excess oil from fried food help make it healthier?

Does using tissue to dab excess oil from fried food help make it healthier?

Not really: You will get less oil by doing so, but fried food has other bad things that will not be removed by tissue. What matters is what oil was used to fry it in. In Singapore, vegetable oil is more likely to be palm oil, which is not as bad as the soybean oil commonly used in America. You want to discuss your concerns and have your doctor examine both your breasts and give an opinion to you. ...Read more

Can we use almond oil for breast massage in pregnancy due reduce the pain n tenderness? I have breast tissue in my left breast checked by doctor.

In moderation but...: I was surprised to find a study suggesting that women who regularly used almond oil for abdominal massage during pregnancy had increased risk of premature birth but more research is needed. Occasional use for breast massage might be fine but I would advise coconut oil instead. See http://tinyurl.com/n69qz8s and http://tinyurl.com/kddujov ...Read more
