Bronchitis v pneumon: With symptoms like this a chest xray should be done. But this could just be a bad case of bronchitis with cartilage irritation or pleurisy causing the pain. Possible Bronchitis: It is difficult to say without examination. But it is more likely you are having Bronchitis as you are wheezing
And it seems like a viral infection causing your Bronchitis.
I advice you drink plenty fluids and consult your Doctor, get checked and treated appropriately. Do not smoke or be around some one who smokes

That is unusual: The hallmark of acute bronchitis is coughing and so if no cough, I would not call it bronchitis. Maybe u were coughing before and the cough medicine is suppressing your cough? Some medicines can induce loss of appetite, including cough medicines. If no cough from start, I would question the diagnosis. As with your lack of appetite, I can't tell why due to limited info.
