About 4 weeks since I was diagnosed with bronchitis. The cough is bad, makes my chest hurt and is continuous. SOB, muscle pain, fatigue and feel terrible. On inhaler and virtussin. When does this become a problem? Do I need a pulmonologist yet?

It is difficult to say without examination. But it is more likely you are having Bronchitis as you are wheezing
And it seems like a viral infection causing your Bronchitis.
I advice you drink plenty fluids and consult your Doctor, get checked and treated appropriately. Do not smoke or be around some one who smokes

That is unusual: The hallmark of acute bronchitis is coughing and so if no cough, I would not call it bronchitis. Maybe u were coughing before and the cough medicine is suppressing your cough? Mgt/ workup: Croup may recur and is caused by a number of viruses. I would suggest seeing your pediatric lung specialist.
