It could be: A multiple number of things, certainly anxiety can give you these symptoms as well, however, a physical exam, including neurological exam is needed to tell you what you are feeling. Fatigue: Check for anemia, thyroid, also check for gallbladder, gastritis /GERD, w/ or w/o H pylori a bacteria. May also have a vaginitis with mycoplasma/ureoplasma/yeast which is just overgrowth of normal bacteria F/U w/ doc get CBC, CMP ( blood screen) and thyroid tests. ...Read more

Check your blood.: Although your symptoms don't point to anything specific, and that can happen with many conditions, still you need to make sure that you are not diabetic and you thyroid glans is working fine. Poss from back: even though the pains are in your legs, it may be coming from your back as nerve compression. Changes in position are typical of nerve pain arising from the spine. See a spine specialist ...Read more

Inadequate informati: How long you have it, Any associated underlying conditions? On any treatment? Anything make it better or worse? If it is transient probably nothing need to worry about. That is unusual: Typically colonoscopy does not cause any such problems. It is possible you had too much of a bowel prep activity(?Severe diarrhea) which can cause dehyderation or electrolyte imbalance. Please hyderate your self with lots of lquids and a pinch of extra salt in your food or drink lots of soups or electrolyte solutions for a couple of days, then you should be fine.
