Last month have had constant mild pain/headache behind left eye. Also have been feeling extra tired, brain fog, etc(these symptoms have been longer)?
See eye doctor: If you have had this for a month, it is time to see an eye doctor. At the least you need to rule out glaucoma . Once this issue has been settled, you will have to check with your personal doctor to find out the reasons for you neurologic symptoms. Are you under stress: Lately? If there have been major stresses in your life ( death or serious illness in your family or pressure at work) it might explain the symptoms. Heard brain fog can be symptom of PMS, but can it also be during a period? If so, what causes it & how can I get rid of sluggish/tired/foggy feeling?
Brain Fog is a combo: of feeling sluggish and forgetful. Common in PMS and blood loss during period. Keep track of periods, mood, thinking, energy. Adjust activities accordingly. Eat iron-rich foods (leafy greens, beans, eggs, meat). Maintain blood sugar, flaxseed to stay regular, get good sleep. Avoid caffeine and alcohol if it affects you. Low Vitamin D: can negatively impact brain function so your doctor sounds correct. Just to be thorough consider getting a second opinion. I see that your have GI symptoms also.
