Not yet based on lab: Usually after partial or total thyroid removal it can take a while before medication may be needed. Every patient is different as to when they need medication. You are still making thyroid hormone from what's left, it appears your TSH has risen in just 3 weeks and may mean you might need medication soon. See Yur Endocrinolog: You should visit your endocrinologist to fine tune your thyroid hormone medication(synthroid). Excess of this medication could be one cause. He/she can also check your CBC and make sure that your blood counts/hb is normal and you are not anemic. Regular follow ups with your endocrinologist is essential to keep you well. ...Read more

Contact endo: You need to contact your endocrinologist. You may not be getting enough hydrocortisone, which is the most concerning of urgent possibilities. Your thyroid may be under active. With anti phospholipid + antibodies you should also contact your rheumatologist. ...Read more
