My son has been keeping me awake. Coffee helps with tiredness but nothing eliminates the groggy feeling. What can I do to eliminate this fatigue?

Low blood sugars are not good!
Please keep a close check on your blood sugar levels and if the level is low take some food and don't take diabetes medication for a day or two.

Glucose ; panic: There are many conscious and unconscious triggers for panic attacks and a blood sugar spike can be a trigger. You have numerous reasons to feel 'odd' sensations, with anxiety, depression and treatment with medications, to say nothing of your hypothyroidism. Several things!: While for most people, this is distressing, you are not tired during the day. That is good. Around 10-12 hours after waking up I get really tired and sleepy for no reason. Was able to stay awake for longer before. I get enough sleep at night.

The past 4 days when I went to bed late and woke up 4 hours later feeling refreshed i'd stay awake. Later on in the day I'm very tired so I went to bed early. 5 hours of sleep, refreshed, but in dark.
Question??: Not really sure the question but what I can tell you is that most people, particularly below age 40 can get by with 4-6 hours of sleep fine short term and even feel refreshed. Go see ur family doc: Seriously! You need to see your family doc who can refer you as appropriate to a sleep medicine specialist and/or psychiatrist. You also need to tell each of your doctors everything that you're taking so they don't over-medicate you.
