First : First question, why are you having so many head injuries? That doesn't sound good. Second- if you hear a loud ringing sound in your ears, it could be as a result of your head injury. Ringing in the ears is called tinnitus. It can be in one ear or in both. Sometimes tinnitus can be so loud that it prevents you from hearing exteral sounds.
