Hard to diagnose: It's really hard to be sure a 2 yo has adhd. Could be sensory processing issues. If you have not already, start with a thorough assessment. Likely major issues are high activity, poor impulse control, and maybe decreased sleep. Create structure: You can help by creating structure as much as possible. Teach her to organize both her environment and her tasks using lists, color coding, etc. Help her break tasks down into smaller, achievable steps. Give lots of positive feedback and encouragement. It also helps to have a lot of structure- a regular schedule, check-lists to get things done, using a phone or tablet to keep track of events- and a lot of patience! use simple reminders- ie.
