Tiny White Bumps On Testicle
I have painful tiny white bumps on my testicles started as a rash on scrotum after swimming. Then a few bumps on scrotum. Now a lot of white bumps.
The testicles are the two oval male gonads, or reproductive glands, located in the scrotum. The seminiferous tubules of the testis are the site of spermatogenesis and its leydig cells secrete testosterone. The term testicles is synonymous with testes or gonads. The singular form is ...Read more
Is it normal to have tiny white bumps on penis and testicles, painless ever since w/ hair coming out? Sexually active once at 13 besides masturbation.
May be normal: The bumps you are noticing are probably just normal hair follicles, but they could also be folliculitis, molluscum contagiosum. If it is superficial folliculitis it disappears in few days , Deep folliculitis needs treatment. Molluscum can spread to other people because of that you need to be treated if it is the diagnosis. So, see your doctor for a diagnosis and treatment. ...Read more
Consult a urologist: Most 'bumps' on the the testice are benign & such things as a small harmless cyst of the epididymis (just above the testicle or a calcified appendix testis. However, could be a small/early testis tumor, if lump is hard & painless. In which case is best to consult a urologist who may advise in favor of a scrotal/testicular ultrasound. ...Read more

I have a small bump on my testicle, doesn't hurt or anything, looks more like boil, what could be ?
Here are some...: The mention of "... looks more like boil ..." suggests the small lump is beneath the skin of the sac (scrotum), which most likely represents a sebaceous cyst - a cyst of overactive sebaceous gland of a hair follicle, and is harmless as long as being not infected like acne. Nonetheless, a direct look at it is essential to verify what it is. So, seek evaluation and counseling timely. ...Read more
I have a very small bump on the top of my left testicle that has been coming and going for about a month now. Any ideas what it could be?
Varicocele : Anything that comes and goes may be a blood vessel or intermittent twisting of an appendix of your testicle. An US may help with the diagnosis. All the best. ...Read more
Need more info...: The specifics & relevance of the bump are unclear enough to deduce right diagnosis. But based on what most of laypersons perceived, what you referred to may mean a sebaceous cyst on right side of the sac, which is common but bears low clinical significance as long as being free of symptoms or its rarely related infection. So, you may leave it alone. More? Seek evaluation & counseling. ...Read more
I feel a small bump at the end of my left testicle wich is attached to this small bumpy coils feels like veins .. Is the bump normal ?
Most likely yes: You are most likely feeling your epididymis , which is a normal structure involved in the storage of sperm. You should have the same structure on both testicles. Hi, I have a small reddish bump which bleeds when touched and often is painful and smelly. It is located under the testicles near the anus.
Dull achy pain from left testicle. noticed 3 small pimple like bumps on the surface of the left testicle. 1 top 1 bottom 1 side. any ideas?
Unrelated...: What you saw ( 3 small pimples) on the scrotum are most likely not related with dull ache from(?) left testicle. These 3 bumps may represent the presence of overactive sebaceous glands of hair follicles, which of course require no practical need for treatment. If still in doubt, see urologist timely for confirmation & counseling. ...Read more

Small bump on the left testicle (inside the scrotum) near right back that moves around. If i would guess size, i'd say 1/3 a pea or less. Dangerous?
Testicular Exam: You need to have a physician examine your testes. Young men aged 15-35 are at highest risk for testicular cancer. That said it is still rare. It is likely a one of a few lesions: epididymal cyst/spermatocele, appendix testis, or some scrotal cutaneous lesion (like an epidermal inclusion cyst among others). It is likely benign, but the slight risk of malignancy behooves you to have it checked. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
