Bump and headache: May have been a lymph node, if the headache resolved, and no numbness tingling,weakness, eye pain would not worry. May have been fleeting infection/irritation . Ice it!: Accidents happen. The best, easiest & cheapest thing you can do is ice the area as soon as possible. Earlier is better, more often is better than less often. Acetaminophen, if you're otherwise healthy, can be used for pain relief (I tend to avoid ibuprofen).
