Painful?: If she is not in any pain - or very little - don't worry. It may be nothing at all but normal gum tissue. Monday is not going to be too long to have a professional take a look. Absolutely: I often make this analogy. If you bought some shoes and they didn't fit right, would you just deal with it (or not wear them) or take it back to the store to see if they are the right size, style, etc. For you? Not sure: There is no way to know without actually being able to see it. It may be something called a mucocoele that occurs when the duct of a small salivary gland becomes clogged. If it is, it may\ may not go away on its own. If it's not gone in two weeks, make sure you see your dentist for an accurate diagnosis. Many possibilities: It could be from an infection in the tooth from trauma, small fibroma (benign), spot of irritation from fingers. best way to rule out infections is to visit your dentist and have an xray to determine if there is an intra-boney infection. if you can wipe it off it might be the start of a yeast infection ...Read more

Lips have been dry n crusting its kinda irritating lil burning sensation maybe to much scratching with teeth lil lil bumps but very tiny & no reaction?

Mouth-breathing?: Is your nose often congested so that you tend to breathe through your mouth? If so , the problem can be solved by reducing the nasal congestion by medical and/or surgical means depending on what is causing the obstruction.
