I just noticed my 2 year old has a small red bump behind her top front teeth what could this be i can't get her in to see the dr till monday.
Painful?: If she is not in any pain - or very little - don't worry. It may be nothing at all but normal gum tissue. Monday is not going to be too long to have a professional take a look. If there is any discomfort you might try icy cold or salty warm water and ask her if either feels good. Make a game of it and relax. She's lucky to have a parent who cares. Best! ...Read more

My dentist added two fillings on two of my teeth. Not it feels like its a small bump but kinda hurts.. Should i tell the dentist?
Absolutely: I often make this analogy. If you bought some shoes and they didn't fit right, would you just deal with it (or not wear them) or take it back to the store to see if they are the right size, style, etc. For you? I noticed a tiny red bump, it has a clear center, in the inside of my lower lip area. The bump is located across from my lower teeth. What is it?
Not sure: There is no way to know without actually being able to see it. It may be something called a mucocoele that occurs when the duct of a small salivary gland becomes clogged. If it is, it may\ may not go away on its own. If it's not gone in two weeks, make sure you see your dentist for an accurate diagnosis. In the meantime, unless it gets larger or becomes painful, i wouldn't be too concerned about. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Many possibilities: It could be from an infection in the tooth from trauma, small fibroma (benign), spot of irritation from fingers. best way to rule out infections is to visit your dentist and have an xray to determine if there is an intra-boney infection. if you can wipe it off it might be the start of a yeast infection ...Read more

Mouth-breathing?: Is your nose often congested so that you tend to breathe through your mouth? If so , the problem can be solved by reducing the nasal congestion by medical and/or surgical means depending on what is causing the obstruction. Stop licking your lips and try lip balm or something like that. Good luck. ...Read more
See dentist: You should have this bump examined by dentist to be on safe side. Lesions or swelling whether big or small should be looked at to rule out serious problems. My gut feeling in your case is that the bump may be associated with your wisdom teeth. You are the right age. See your dentist soon. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
