I've had tiny white bumps on my chest that can be clearly seen under any light, it's been over 5years and i need to know how to remove them.
How many: How big, and how many? How raised are they above the skin, or are they deep in the fat? They could be either multiple small fatty benign tumors or they could be multiple sebaceous cysts.
