I had a small bump on the inside of my thighs between my anus and vagina what could it be? I popped it, and it bled a little but it didn't hurt at all before that. Also, I was looking a found a very small white bump on the inside of my vagina lips, which

Most likely

i have small little white hard bumps on the inside of my anus and they itch... what should i do?

Perianal warts?

Rectum
Possibly viral warts . Need to be diagnosed by experienced physician. Difficult to treat. May be treatable by anti viral vaccine for Human Papilloma virus. Vaccine is not mainstream, but viral warts are a common problem. Doctors usually burn or laser them off. No one very happy with the treatment or results.. Could do with lots of opinions from experienced docs.

Probably not

Itch
but they could represent anal condyloma which is a sexually transmitted viral disease. Without seeing them I can't be more specific, so if concerned see a colorectal surgeon

What can white bump above the anus be? Theyre not zits or pimples. Theyre very painful and the surrounding around is really irritated.

Hemorrhoids? Fissure

Acne
Depending on where the white 'bump' is it could be a sebaceous Cyst; it could be skin stretched from a Hemorrhoid; an acute Hemorrhoid; it could be infection or abscess from an infected anal fissure. If it is painful you should probably get to the doctor urgently.
