Hi I went tanning in a bed a couple times and I have multiple tiny red dots underneath my skin on my stomach what is this? It doesn't itch or hurt.

Autoimmune disorders, i.e. lupus, rheumatoid arthritis? Bone marrow issues or med effect? Maybe switch shavers ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
