I have tiny red bumps on scalp. They hurt wen i brush my hair n seem to cause headaches when i continue touch them. What is this & how can I rid them?

? folliculitis: It sounds like folliculitis, a bacterial infection of the scalp similar to acne. If you look close you may see a pustule when they first break out. They are often itchy/tender and scratched at producing a small scab. They tend to come and go. There is no permanent cure, but i often treat flares with antibiotics. Hemangiomas?: It is difficult to tell what your baby has without further detail/exam, but my suspicion is that he/she has some hemangiomas (collection of blood vessels). They often can enlarge/more numerous during the first year or so and slowly subside, often completely gone by 5 yrs of age.
