Possible: If they are on the back of your upper arm mostly and kind of firm they might be keratosis pilaris. It's a plugged hair follicle filled with keratin which is made by the skin. You can get rid of them by using a mild exfoliating "puff" when you shower followed by some retin a (tretinoin) type cream (prescription) not sure if this is what you mean. ...Read more

Red vesicular rash: 18 year old with painful burning vesicles on arm. Get a full medical history and in person physical exam ASAP. You can try a consult in your area as well. If the rash is itchy (pruritic) and painful you need to give more history. Allergies can develop to things you've never been allergic to before...Basically your system gets overloaded.
