I've been using the same cleanser for a while but lately small red bumps would appear only on my forehead after cleansing. I cleanse twice a day.?

Too much cleanser: This may not seem intuitive but the cleanser itself may be the problem, . Both salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide (the likely ingredients of the cleanser) can irritate or dry the skin. You may be too aggressive as well cleansing too often. Try switching from one ingredient to the other and if still not better a prescription topical antibiotic for acne may help. ...Read more
