i have tiny red bumps that have appeared between my fingers. they itch and are painful to touch. what could it be? thx!

Dyshydrosis

This sounds like dyshydrotic eczema. It can be treated with a high potency steroid cream or ointment. It can also be treated with topical lanolin cream. Be sure to keep your hands thoroughly dry after getting them wet.
