BUBBLES NDER SKIN: The tiny bubbles you seem to have might be vesicles. This could be part of eczema. This may be a condition called dyshidrosis or pompholyx. Do you have athlete's foot? These itchy bubbles could be an allergy to the ringworm on your feet. Can't tell without seeing. Could be a contact dermatitis due to solvents, soaps, detergents. Some medications can cause it. May be viral or fung: Could be a few things but what comes to mind is a low grade infection such as one that is caused from viral/fungal origin. Typically these are not invasive organisms but if recurrent wold worry about immune function. May not be bites: It is possible that you have something called hand/foot ezcema or dermatitis, since it has been going on for a long time. Maybe herpes: Sounds like onset of herpes simplex infection. You'll know in a day or so--lesions will probably hurt more and itch less. If they stay itchy, possible fungal infection. For herpes, BHT (available on line or health food store) 2,000 mg per day (taken in divided doses). Lesions should clear up in a day or two.
