Sun or allergy?: Some people get reactions like this whenever they are in the sun too long. Try to avoid direct sun, wear loose shirts with sleeves. For itching, try Cortizone 10 or similar cream. Also can take oral Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for the itch. Also, could it be your sunscreen? Some people have allergic reactions to sunscreens. Try switching brands. Good luck! ...Read more

Contact dermatitis: Sounds like a contact dermatitis reaction to bleach which is a strong irritant. A topical steroid cream will help along with an antihistamine for itching. If it continues or gets worse see a doctor for stronger medicine. Wear gloves when cleaning with bleach and dilute it with water. ...Read more
