Unlikely: This would be somewhat atypical for an std, but absent my ability to see and examine these lesions it is really impossible to say what they are. Since only on one palm they may be a contact dermatitis, but for best opinion go to a dermatologist and allow them to see these. ...Read more

Bump On Hand: First of all stop trying to get it yourself. Go see a doctor about it. Glass is very hard to get out, even for a physician. Sometimes you just have to wait for it to work itself closer to the surface. I suspect in this case sense you can see green it is close enough for a doctor to remove. ...Read more
