Angiomas?: Hard to say without seeing them, but i suspect that they are cherry angiomas, which are like moles except that they are made of small blood vessels. If you have spots only on your arm(not all over especially on the skin of your legs, you do not have petechiea(unless you had your BP checked on your arm area. If you have other symptoms, like short of breath, fast heart rate, fever, nausea then you should head to urgent care.
