Brief episodes of pulsatile tinnitus left ear only upon standing up? . Multiple normal 3t mri/a cta head neck for headaches. Normal BP and weigh.
Suddenly since this morning, I keep getting tinnitus in my left ear, but it only lasts a few seconds before going away. Happening every 20-30 mins.?
Neurologic sxs: Tinnitus is produced by the eighth cranial nerve and numbness of the face and ear is primarily the fifth cranial nerve. Those two nerves are not very closely related in the brainstem. Syringe may help: They sell cleaning kits for ears in the pharmacies which have large syringes. I always advise to use warm soapy water for these types of cleanings. At the same time, I advise caution when doing anything with the ear canal & if you're not sure of what you are doing or if things are going the right way then you should stop and see your doctor. Neck spasm: What medicines did you take for the muscle spasm? The only medication I see listed that has some application for muscle spasm is Lorazepam but what was your diagnosis? The tinnitus is likely related to otosclerosis. You have many more "conditions" than just otosclerosis based on the meds you've listed. Have you seen a neurologist? Why are you on antibiotics?
