Breeze/heart beat sound in ear then ringing then no hearing in right ear occasionally hurts very annoying?
Otitis medi: You're describing fairly typical symptoms of otitis media which can be non-infected (serous otitis media) or infected (purulent otitis media). Can a sinus or ear infection cause right eye pain, right temple headache, and pulsatile tinnitus in the right ear?
Hearing heartbeat in left ear when laying and changing position. Short periods of muffled hearing in same ear. Daily headaches in back of head.
Likely noncaddiac: Normal heart beats can frequently be heard by patients when they lie on their side or ear. It's a common complaint i hear in the office. We title it "cardiac awareness". Uncertain why it manifests itself to patients when it does. I suspect this is not a cardiac abnormality. Headaches obviously shouldn't be treated lightly. Common allergies on up to more important organic causes may be responsible. ...Read more

I have ear fullness on right ear only, occasional headache on that side around ear, and occasional ringing. Tmd?
Possibly: Sounds more like eustachian tube(et) dysfunction. The et pressurizes your middle ear(me). The et opens into the me on one end & the back of the nose on the other end. Nasal allergies or sinusitis can cause the et to block causing fullness and pressure around the ear. Ringing or tinnitus can be related to etd but there are other causes as well like hearing loss. You should be seen by an ent. ...Read moreSee 3 more doctor answers

I think you are OK: This does not sound like a symptom of any tumor. Tumors are rare, so i would not think that as the first possibility. You should follow your doctor's advice. If the symptoms keep getting worse, then you may need further testing to determine the exact cause. ...Read more
That's a need for MD: Best solution would be to have this examined by a professional (family doctor), and throat cultured and assessed.
