Usually no cure: Tinnitus is usually, but not always associated with hearing loss. I've had it for over twenty years - likely related to noise trauma while in he army. There are some over the counter remedies i usually recommend, especially for new onset tinnitus. I usually recommend arches tinnitus relief... If it doesn't offer a relief in a month..
