Needs to be evaluate: It is difficult to tell you what is causing your symptoms of tingling sensation, needle like pain and sore to touch. We need detailed history as to exact location of pain and how long you have had and if you have tried any therapy so far. Any associated symptoms in eyes and any relation to your periods and how often this happens. You need physical exam and may need other tests if indicated. See MD

Head tingling: This is a difficult question to answer without more information. Are their other accompanying symptoms such as headaches or visual changes? You would probably need to visit with your local family physician in order for her to take a more solid history and examination. Good luck to you and have a great day.

Sharp pain on right side of head with tingling down the right side of my face. Feeling faint too.

Sharp pain on right side of head with tingling down the right side of my face. Feeling faint too.

Perhaps hypoglycemic: Did you have a good breakfast this morning? I know you're across the pond so perhaps by my standards the answer would be NO! LOL! Nevertheless, HYPO glycemia comes to mind only because of your symptom of feeling faint. The sharp pain could be from a slight tension type headache. Do you get headaches? How long did the head pain last? Has this happened before? Fill us in a bit more please.

Go to your doctor: ASAP. These are not normal findings, and if you've had them for some time, it really needs to be evaluated by a physician, who can do a physical exam, run some lab tests, and also discuss your history in more detail, and recommend a plan. You may need to see a neurologist based on your findings. Good luck!

Pins and needles right leg and foot and tingling right side of head. I have sciatica lower left side. Knotted pain left shoulder?

Pins and needles right leg and foot and tingling right side of head. I have sciatica lower left side. Knotted pain left shoulder?

Not sciatica: Sciatica could not explain the fascias tingling. A cervical disk problem could cause shoulder symptoms but would also not explain your face tingling. If these symptoms see new go immediately to the ER. If they have been there for a while go see a doctor. This could be a stroke or serious brain problem.

Occipital neuralgia: This is called occipital neuralgia. It is just a type of headache, usually due to neck spasms or inflammation of that nerve due to a virus. I would talk to your doctor about going on a course of steroids to see if it goes away
