Urine?: I assume you have been seen by your physician but if not, you should definitely go in. I have a zit-like bump on my skin in the pubic hair area. I am 18 & have never been sexually active. It has been months and today it popped and bled.
Ingrown hair?: If you are not sexually active, then it is most likely to be caused by an ingrown hair. A hair which is caught under the skin will continue to grow and curl up, causing the bump to get bigger until it spontaneously pops. If there is a long hair in the bump, pluck the entire hair out with a tweezer and then let the pimple dry and heal on its own. See a doctor if redness spreads. Read more

Adenopathy: I would guess that that is likely a swollen lymph node. If you have had a chronic infection, like in your armpit, that can cause swelling of lymph nodes elsewhere. It is possible your chronic infection may not be staph or maybe not an infection at all. Consider a biopsy of you arm nodes if this is a chronic problem. Read more

I have a tiny pain in the area just above my pubic hair line and slightly to the left It is not painful at all really it's more annoying than anything?
Tiny muscle strain..: Or pinched skin nerve. There are muscular and nerve structures just below the surface of the skin in this area. If a muscle were strained, I would expect bigger area of discomfort than "tiny pain." So I suspect a tiny pinched nerve. Annoying would be a typical way to describe something like this. It should spontaneously go away within a few days. I wouldn't worry more about it. Best wishes! Read more
