Urine?: I assume you have been seen by your physician but if not, you should definitely go in. A number of things that come to mind are infection given the high WBC count- In that region I would be concerned about your urinary tract (pain? Burning? Or blood when you pee? Ingrown hair?: If you are not sexually active, then it is most likely to be caused by an ingrown hair. A hair which is caught under the skin will continue to grow and curl up, causing the bump to get bigger until it spontaneously pops. Adenopathy: I would guess that that is likely a swollen lymph node. If you have had a chronic infection, like in your armpit, that can cause swelling of lymph nodes elsewhere. If a muscle were strained, I would expect bigger area of discomfort than "tiny pain." So I suspect a tiny pinched nerve. Annoying would be a typical way to describe something like this. if this is near the genital area it could be related to sexually transmitted disease also.
