It depends on....: Symptoms like you have described can come and go on their own. So I would advise you to monitor yourself for few days and do not worry about the potential cause(as we may not find it). Try to relax and take a daily walk, preferably early in the morning. Muscle pulling or mr: this could be muscle pulling. And exercise program at strengthen his muscles would be something that might help you. Another possibility is some type of nerve pinch.
