Doubtful MS: Agree with your doctor checking blood studies, but this is NOT MS in any fashion, based on your description. You and your doctor might consider a peripheral neuropathy instead, but even that is not clearcut. Work closely with your physician. ...Read more

Causes of Fainting: Possible causes could be a seizure, changes in the blood chemistry, anxiety, or changes with the nervous system. It was a good idea to check the EKG first. This does not rule out any heart-related cause, but it makes one much less likely. There is still some diagnostic work to do, chiefly because of the fainting. Hope that helps! ...Read more
