Couple of thoughts: 2 possibilities (emphasis on "possibilities"): 1) medication side effects; 2) a mild migraine variant. If you have a personal or family history of migraine, that is worth considering. The scalp tingling and photophobia are suggestive. If that's what it is and you've never had headaches, you may start getting them. If you doc advises you just to wait and see what develops if anything, I concur. ...Read more

TMJ ?: These are all possible signs of tmj. Headaches and ringing in the ears are common complaints that i see on a regular basis. Sinus cat scan is normal most likely because your facial pain is referred pain from muscles. More than likely you have a displaced disc in your jaw causing your symptoms. You need to see a dentist with special training in TMJ for a exam, diagnosis, and possible treatment. ...Read more

Neurological?: Please see your doc or a neurologist and he/she will help you. The tingle and weakness might be what are called tias. They come and go but need to be treated to avoid larger issues later. Peace and good health. ...Read more

Depends: It sounds like a paresthesia. Paresthesias are abnormal sensory symptoms characterized as tingling, prickling, pins and needles or burning sensations. What is causing the paresthesias may need to be worked up. I would go to the doctor. A whole range of conditions can cause this. Vertigo (room spinning) and tingling scalp. On Klonopin (clonazepam) .5mg @ 6 hrs 3 x's a day. Didn't eat at all and had very bad vertigo at bedtime. Meds?

Possibly: Symptoms of vertigo are common side effects of Klonopin (clonazepam). This could be compounded by not eating all day.
