I have neck pain and stiffness. I have tingling and numbness in hands and fingers and some tingling in buttocks area. I also struggle with anxiety/p attacks. xrays show degen.in neck. What to do?

Question?: I am not sure what you are asking. The ANA is a screening test for lupus but can be seen in numerous other diseases and in people who have no disease. I assume the lupus test you mention is a dna antibody. This test does not have to positive to have lupus. Finally, about 30% of lupus patients also have fibromyalgia. There are various illnesses such as vitamin deficiencies thyroid disease and sleep apnea that can cause what you're feeling. Lyme's disease is another possibility. Depression makes you feel very tired and fatigued both physically and mentally. You can develop aches and pains in virtually any part of your body. With depression you feel helpless hopeless worthless and guilty. Energy and motivation are low. There is a distinct lack of ability to enjoy things and a tendency to withdraw socially. You can either have an increased or decreased appetite and insomnia or increased sleepiness. You can also have both. Something else: symptoms in legs have nothing to do with your neck. the grinding is consistant most likely with bony scar tissue from the surgery, which is not a reason for repeat surgery.
