Paresthesias can occur in and around the mouth during migraine heaaches but then, tingling and what not usually occurs in the fingers and toes...not generally lower extremities only. Yes: The fever may be incidental, you could be getting i'll or feel feverish because of nausea. Headaches are not uncommon. If you are not sleeping well, have a history of insomnia or depression, consider Mirtazapine at 15 mg before bed.
