Hi. Since childhood, whenever i stand still at a place for long, i start getting tingling and itchy sensations in lower part of my legs and feet.

Popped blister on foot from shoes. Has turned hard and yellowish. Is itchy. Right foot and arm tingling and bit numb. Is this related? Infected?
