Possible: It the arthritis and inflammation or vertebrae condition is enough to be causing issues with the posterior circulation to the brain via the Vertebral Artery(ies),... when you extend the neck, the circulation can be compromised leading to dizziness, and with forward flexion the pressure would be relieved. ...Read more

Need more info: It sounds like you may have a "pinched nerve". The trick is to find out where the nerve is being affected. At your age this is probably not a major problem. Make an appointment with your family physician for an examination. ...Read more
