Tingling In Middle Finger Right Hand
I don't know what you want? I have pain, numbness, tingling in my right hand - mostly in middle finger, ring finger, and pinky.
Ulnar neuropathy: Your symptoms sound suspicious for ulnar neuropathy...a pinched nerve, typically at the elbow. When you hit your funny bone, you're actually hitting this nerve. It's caused by leaning too much on the elbow or repetitive movement of the elbow. Don't lean on the edge of a table and don't sleep with your arms curled up tightly under your head. Only when severe, surgery may be needed to decompress.
I got this really strong tingling sensation in my index finger and middle finger on my right hand. Is this carpul tunnel?
What does it mean when you have tingling in your left hand and fingres. Had it right hand but now it's in left hand and fingers.?
Sounds c/w nerve: Perhaps you use your hands for repetitive activity such as keyboard activities, and a flexion/extension of your wrists can cause a synovitis at the wrist with subsequent carpal tunnel syndrome, but could be at elbow as an alternative explanation. You may need an EMG test to pin this down, but usually quite reversible.
Thre are several: Possible reasons. Trauma, sleep positon, infection, tendonitis, especially given age. Radial sided tendonitis. May be a common issue such as de quervains, one may need to refine the comlaint, ie, is the swelling in the whole hand or just feels swollen. Is the tingling ing extend up the arm or just into the hand and forearm? Is there neck comoression ad the tingling hand "feels" swollen, .See 2 more doctor answers
Sounds like ulnar: Neuropathy which is inflammation of the ulnar nerve usually at the elbow. This is also known as your "funny bone" and can be caused by low level repeated trauma, excessive flexion or prolonged pressure on the area. Prior elbow fracture or dislocation can also lead to the issue. If it persists please see your doctor. Can try cold compresses, avoid flexion at the elbow and otc nsaid's.
Why is my right hand tingling? It just started suddenly this morning. It's a light tingling feeling on my palm to my pinky finger.
Cubical tunnel or...: Most commonly an ulnar nerve compression at the elbow, or less likely a nerve root being pinched at the neck. Avoid sleeping with you arm bent under your head at night. Try a light ace wrap around you elbow to keep the arm straight while you sleep. If that doesn't better see you doc for a nerve conduction or ekg study. Lots of more invasive treatment options.See 1 more doctor answer
See a neurologist: More history and examination is needed. You will most likely need a test called ncv and emg. Neurologist is appropriate physician.See 1 more doctor answer
Go to ER!: You need to be seen in the emergency room immediately!See 1 more doctor answer
Carpal tunnel: The most common reason for these sx in this location is carpal tunnel syndrome. I would see a Neurologist. Numbness and tingling always point to irritation of nerves, whether due to a disc pressing on the nerve or at the wrist (carpal tunnel) will have to be determined through proper testing
I feel slight tingling sensation on the tip of my right hand fingers. What can that be from? What type of doctor can treat me?
Depends: Based on the other information that you provided - Leg numbness, Leg tingling, Sciatica, it sounds like you may have a spinal condition affecting the neck and the lumbar spine. Would recommend seeing a neurologist and perhaps even a neurosurgeon or an orthopedic surgeon.See 1 more doctor answer

I have tingling in my right hand? For the last year every morning my first 2 fingers are tight/soar and now my hand is tingling. What could it be?
Tho outlet v. Carpal: In the hand may be cause by temporal compression of nerves coming from the chest through the axilla towards the hand or at wrist. Most of time is temporal compression of axillar nerve while sleeping. Otherwise needs nerve conduction studies and evaluation for compression in the thorax or arm, or carpal tunnel syndrome which affects the wrist & hand only.See 1 more doctor answer

My fingers are turning blue and I feel some tingling in them, especially my right hand finger next to my thumb. I have high blood presssure and take medication for it. I have had this happen to me before about a year ago, but now it is constant. What coul
From: From your description, it sounds like you are having some sort of vascular problem with your hands. You should see your primary care physician promptly as some of these can progress to damage the tissues in your fingers. Some people have raynaud's phenomenon which causes blood to be diverted from the hands to the body in response to small changes in temperature. Most people are able to manage their symptoms and keep their bodies warm to distribute more blood to the fingers. However, those symptoms tend to come and go rather than being constant. Some others have collagen vascular diseases, such as lupus, scleroderma, sarcoid, or crest syndrome, that cause "vasculitis" that limits blood flow to the fingers. These conditions can cause sores (ulcers) on the fingertips and sometimes loss of the fingertip. There are a variety of treatments for the fingers, including medications and injections, but controlling the underlying disease is more important. Other causes are emboli (blood clots blocking circulation) and peripheral vascular disease (similar to heart disease, but in the smaller blood vessels). The important thing is to get evaluated and treated before any tissue damage can occur. In a truly ischemic (no blood flow) finger, that may be hours!See 2 more doctor answers
I woke up twice this past week withy fingers tingling numb on right hand. Took a few minutes to go away. I've read it's possibly carpal tunnel?
Numbness: This depends on which fingers were numb. If it was the thumb/index/middle fingers then it is likely carpal tunnel (pinching of a nerve in your wrist. If it was the ring and small fingers then it could be cubital tunnel syndrome (pinching of a nerve in your elbow). It is also possible that you could have a pinched nerve in your neck (cervical spine) that caused radiating numbness to your fingers.See 2 more doctor answers
