Poss ulnar nerve: You are right this could be due to your ulnar nerve. Since you have weakness you will want to get this checked. A nerve conduction study and treatment may be in your near future.

Involuntary mvmts: There are some causes that have not been addressed, but the first two could be due to a psychological cause. Expect some kind of follow up evaluation and continued discussion to help close the case on these.

Sounds like you may: Be having a carpal tunnel syndrome in which the main nerve to the hand & fingers gets trapped in the wrist byr a thick ligament. It affects all the fingers towards the thumb and generally half of the ring finger.
Presents with tingling/numbness early on, usually at night, as it's getting worse, pain/weakness starts with dropping things.
Initially splint & later surgery to release it, helps. ...Read more

Ulnar Nerve injury?: It may be caused by ulnar nerve injury. Ulnar nerve comes down comes down through elbow to inside of the forearm and supplies these two fingers that is pinky and pinky side of ring finger, it can be mild injury or a cyst oe small growth
oher possibility is a pinched nerve coming from nek due to herniated disc

Most important is to distinguish WHERE & only then, what: whether it's a problem in the forearm, shoulder or neck. Partly ulnar nerve: The leg symptoms could not be caused by an ulnar nerve condition, but the finger symptoms could be. You may wish to have nerve conduction testing to help confirm the diagnosis.
